Olitia Food Pvt. Ltd. is a venture to bridge the gap between a Kisan and the market. We are enabling the farmers at the root level by helping them produce better with simple organic methods. Like us, there are others who believe in the healing powers of the nature. And, we aim to serve all aspects of the society through our natural and organic products.

 We started with a Sharbat which had no artificial flavor or essence. As we stand for purity, we chose “Amlaan” as our brand name when we launched a product range. Under this banner, we have introduced whole spices, spice mixes, unpolished pulses, atta, herbal products, honey, arks and desi cow A2 milk.

We have our own gardens for rose, ajwain and tulsi where only desi khaad (traditional cow dung) is used as manure and chemical fertilizers are avoided. We keenly observe our raw-material-providing farmers to maintain the purity and quality of our products.

 We dream of an India where PM Modi Ji’s vision of doubling the farmer’s income would come true. And we will do everything in our capacity to empower the farmers of India. A successful kisan could truly contribute to the betterment of this country just as well.

ROCL

A vision to cultivate olive plantations in Rajasthan led to the pilot project of Olive cultivation. This was conceived after the team visit of farmers and agriculture experts to Israel to study technical feasibility and economic viability of the Olive cultivation in Rajasthan. After studying and reviewing the recommendations of the expert teams, the Government of Rajasthan decided to promote the Olive cultivation under public-private partnership in the state.

Rajasthan Olive Cultivation Limited (ROCL) was incorporated on 19.4.2007 under the Company Act, 1956. The company was constituted in collaboration with the Government of Rajasthan through Rajasthan State Agriculture Marketing Board, Plastro Plasson Industries (India) Limited (now Finolex Plasson Industries (India) Limited), Pune & Indolive Limited of Israel having equal partnership. Initially, the Government of Rajasthan through Rajasthan State Agriculture Marketing Board & Plastro Plasson Industries (India) Limited, Pune had the partnership. ROCL has about 30 hectares of land in Bakila, Rajasthan with as many as 13,000 olive trees spread across.

The story of olive tea

Ten years ago, what brewed as a dream of cultivating olives has finally surfaced as the world’s first processed olive tea. This joint venture of Olitia Foods and the Government of Rajasthan has given farmers a new livelihood, bringing this modern day elixir to life.

We handpick the best olive leaves from our farms stretched across 5000 acres in Rajasthan. We ensure that these silvery green soft leaves have just the right aroma and the best medicinal properties. We, at Olitia, not just pack freshness of olive tea leaves. We do more than that. We create an experience for you. So, when you steep these leaves, and sip the olive tea, you feel relaxed.
