The Fluid cone is divided into segments with the help of Air permeable cloth and each segment is provided with individual valves pneumatic operated.

The segmented design also provides a facility of segment wise cyclic operation which ensure the effective discharge of material.

At the time of material discharge air is inserted into the silo/hopper with the help of pneumatic operated butterfly valve through the fluidizing pad. This will help to reduce the density.
