Hinge Belt Conveyor are designed to handle large volume of chips generated in CNC Turning machines, CNC Machining Centers, Multi spindle Automates and SPMS. These are the most versatile type of conveyors,which can handle almost any kind of chips. They are robustly designed considering the hazards that are normally encountered during handling heavy swarfs. The body is fabricated in steel with reinforcements and smooth movement of rollers. The hinge slate are pressed in extra heavy duty steel sheet with minimum gap between them. Side guards are provided on both the sides of the hinged slats to protect the moving rollers from interference of chips. Aprons are welded at regular intervals to ensure positive caring of chips. Conveyors with integrated coolant tank and pumps can also be manufactured.
