Bello Guard Platinum (Exterior Emulsion Dirt Resistant) is an elastic, super protective, 100% acrylic latex long lasting exterior paint, especially formulated to withstand extreme tropical condition of high rainfall, humidity and heat. 

Due to its unique water resistance property and special paint preservatives, it gives superior protection to exterior walls from dampness, algae and fungus caused by lashing rain. The elasticity of paint film helps to bridge hairline micro cracks and also enhance the look of your walls. 

Surface Preparation:

All water leakages, seepages should be repaired before painting. Ensure that the surface, to be painted, is completely free from chalking. Any dust flakes, grease and loose powdery material needs to be completely removed.

Remove entirely the previous growth of fungus and algae, if any, by wire brushing and cleaning with water. Greater care should be taken for the parapets and other horizontal surfaces, where water is likely to accumulate during monsoon. 

For old pre painted surfaces, remove all loosely adhering powdery materials or defective paints by thorough brushing, scraping and water jetting, if required. Surface imperfection such as holes, dents, visible cracks are to be filled only by using mixture of cement and sand in the ratio of 1:3. Exterior rough surface previously painted with cement paint should be wire brushed and washed with water thoroughly and allowed to dry. For better result apply two finishing coats.

For better results on newly plastered surface, painting should be done 2-3 months after the plaster has dried completely.

• Finish: Mid sheen, smooth.

• Thinner Ratio: Paint: water: 100:30-40 by volume for each coat. 
• Application Method: Brush, roller or spray. 
• Thinning-Brush or Roller: Add up to 1 part clean water to 2 parts of paint by volume.
