• Bello Guard Gold Exterior Emulsion wall finish is a premium 100% acrylic based emulsion paint for new or previously painted exterior masonry surface such as brickworks, plasters, cement, rendering, asbestos and semi-permanent exterior finishes.
• It is specially formulated to enhance the look of exterior surfaces and protect against fungus and algae growth.
• Bello Guard Gold has a smooth finish that reduces accumulation of dirt. Its special resin provides high flexibility to prevent chipping and cracking.
• Surface Preparation: Allow new surface to dry out completely.
• Remove all loose and defective paint or powdery residue by thorough brushing and scraping, using a stiff wire or fiber brush followed by water jetting if required.
• Treat areas affected by mould, lichens, algae and moss with 1% surface treatment chemical (STC) salution.
• Fill up minor cracks and defects with cement and sand mixture for larger holes and cracks.
• Allow to dry.
• Surfaces that remain powdery, friable or chalky after thorough preparation should be sealed with a coat of Bello Guard thinned (1:1).
• (Note: Do not apply Bello Guard Gold during wet weather.)

•Chemical Resistance: Resistant to mild atmospheric fume attack and to the salt in new mortar, rendering and similar surfaces.

•Withstand scorching sun and torrential rains.

•Composition (nominal): Pigment - Non lead pigment, Binder - Pure Acrylic emulsion, Solvent - Water

•Drying Times: Dry and recoatable after 2-4 hrs.

•Application Method: Brush, roller or spray.

•Color Range: Refer shade cards.

•Finish: Mid sheen, smooth.

•Normal & sound surface: Apply two coats of Bello Guard Gold.

•Parapet Wall: Apply three coats of Bello Guard Gold.

•Coverage: The spreading capacity of this product will vary considerably according to the roughness and porosity of the surface. On surface of average porosity 50-60 sq ft per ltr. for 2 coats.
